Who are we?

Prime Event Rentals is proudly owned by Tanya Matias & Matteo Pirri. We are located in the exquisite town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.  We started this business together because there is no greater joy then bringing happiness into peoples backyards/parties! We promise to provide you with the most spectacular and easy rental experience, we will ALWAYS put you first. Contact us today, we are thrilled to be apart of your next prime event.

Are your rentals clean/disinfected?

Absolutely! Our rentals are cleaned and sanitized before and after EVERY use, 


If we choose delivery, do you set up and take down the rentals?

Yes, any rental item we deliver, we will always set up for you, and take it down 


Does Prime Event Rentals have insurance?

Yes we do. 


How many children can play in a bounce house at one time?

Each bounce house has different requirements. Please read the description under each photo to view/read all requirements. 


Is self pick up an option?

Yes, you may choose to pick up from our location yourself, we will provide instructions with any rental that you pick up to ensure the rental is being used and set up accordingly. 


How far in advance should I book any rental?

As soon as you know what date your event/party is, we highly recommend you book with us to ensure our products are available for your specific date.


How do I request a quote?

You may submit a contact form, or call us anytime !


What is the cancellation policy?

For all cancellations, we ask that you message or call us 48 hours BEFORE your rental date to receive a full refund or a date change.  Once the delivery is out, or if you have picked up the product there will no longer be a refund. 


Do you offer delievery?

Yes we do! let us know your location and we may let you know if you are in our delivery zone.
